Cowhouse & Loft to E of Treginnis Farmhouse

The building is an early 19th-century outbuilding located to the east of Treginnis Farmhouse. It is two storeys high, constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with an asbestos roof. The western end features remnants of whitewashed slate-hanging and has outside stairs made of rubble stone leading to the loft door. A parapet has been built up to the height of the door lintel at the loft door, serving as a wind baffle.

The southern front of the building has a row of blocked dove holes, with a central loft window that has a timber lintel and a slate sill. The ground floor includes a central door flanked by 20th-century metal windows, all of which have concrete lintels. There is a lean-to on the eastern end and on the northern side, with a hipped roof at the northeast angle.
