Description
Penparc is an early 19th-century single-storey cottage constructed of rubble stone, featuring a corrugated iron roof and stone end stacks, the one on the right being larger. The cottage has a double front with a 9-pane casement window on each side of the door, all adorned with painted sandstone voussoirs. The door is currently missing, and the windows have slate sills. There is a roofless outbuilding to the right and an outshut at the rear. Inside, there is a large stone fireplace at the west end, which has a timber lintel. The cottage was formerly equipped with a loft at the east end.
