This is a freestanding white-painted stone milestone located on the south side of the B4570, approximately 350 meters southeast of Capel Tygwydd. The milestone stands about 1.05 meters high, 0.4 meters wide, and 0.25 meters deep. It is inscribed with "TO CARDIGAN 7 MILES" and features a benchmark below.
