Description

Clydfan is a cottage that forms part of a short row, mirroring the cottage to the left. It is built from rubble stone and features a slate eaves roof with two chimneys located at the right end, one on each side of the ridge; the front chimney is made of stone, while the rear is rendered. The cottage has two storeys, with a 12-pane hornless sash window at the centre of each floor, the upper window being smaller. The ground floor has stone voussoirs, while the upper floor is finished in brick, with slate sills. To the extreme left of the cottage is a 20th-century door with a timber lintel. The property is not available for inspection.
