Description
14 Queen Street is a late Georgian building that stands two stories tall with a two-window front, stepping up at No 12. The facades of Nos 8 to 14 are finished in cement render, with Nos 8 and 14 being colourwashed, while No 16 has a roughcast finish. The roofs are slate, and there are brick chimney stacks. No 8 features a modern attic dormer, and Nos 12 and 14 have attic skylights. The windows are sash style with small panes, except for No 16, which has different window types. The doorcases for Nos 10 to 16 are classical with pilasters and cornices, while No 8 has a doorcase with a bracketed pediment. All the doors are four-panel designs.
