Description
This is an outbuilding located to the north of the farmhouse at Coedyfoel, classified as a Grade II structure. It consists of a cart-shed, barn, and stable range built from rubble stone and topped with a single slate roof. The long range features a camber-headed barn entry positioned to the left of the center, a vent loop to the right, a round-arched cart-entry at the extreme right, and a camber-headed stable door to the left of the barn. The door heads and arch are adorned with cut stone voussoirs. The stable comprises two bays, the barn has four bays, and the cart-shed is lofted with two bays. There are outside stairs on the eastern end wall leading to a loft door. The cart-shed arch is inscribed with the date DC 1821, indicating its construction for David Charles.
