Panteg Villas

Panteg Villas is a detached, simple classical building dating from the 19th century. It is two stories high with a basement and features a three-window roughcast front. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and it has wide boarded eaves along with two roughcast chimney stacks at the ends. The building has 12-pane sash windows and an arched entrance at the center, which includes a recessed door with three vertically panelled sections and a five-pane fanlight above. There is also a boarded door leading to the basement located at the bottom left. The side walls are plain and roughcast, with an extension at the rear. Surrounding the property are high roughcast garden walls.
