Description
The building is a former schoolhouse constructed from rubble stone with slate roofs. It is two storeys tall and features a three-window range of 20th-century stained wood casement pairs. The window surrounds are chamfered and made with cut Cilgerran stone voussoirs, complemented by slate sills. To the left of the façade, there is a door with a chamfered surround and a triangular Cilgerran stone head. The roof ridge has two ventilators.
Additionally, the schoolhouse has a one and a half storey section with a gabled centre that projects forward. It displays 20th-century bargeboards on timber corbels. The first floor has a stained wood casement pair with top-lights, while the ground floor features a triple casement with top-lights. Both sets of windows have cut stone voussoirs above flat heads and slate-painted sills. To the left, there is a 20th-century half-glazed door with a cambered head and stone voussoirs. A rear wing includes a brick ridge stack and 20th-century metal windows in the end gable. To the front right, there is a single-storey outbuilding, which was formerly a stable, featuring a central door with stone voussoirs.
