Description

Llwyn House is a terraced house built from painted rubble stone, featuring a slate close-eaved roof. The house has 20th-century rebuilt stacks in black brick on the left, while the larger rubble stone stack on the right was taken down in 2003. It stands two storeys tall and is double-fronted, with hornless 9-pane sash windows on the upper floor and larger hornless 12-pane sash windows on the ground floor, along with a centre half-glazed door. The ground floor openings have painted brick heads and painted stone sills. The right end wall is rendered and includes a first-floor horned 4-pane sash window. At the rear, there is a narrow lean-to addition made of painted brick, which features a casement window and a boarded door. The property was not inspected at the time of the survey.
