Description

No 19 Perrot's Terrace is a terraced house built from rubble stone, featuring deep-eaved slate roofs and renewed brick end stacks. The house is two storeys tall and has a double-fronted design with central doorways situated between gabled outer bays. The windows are set in a slight full-height triangular-headed recess and there is a raised plinth. The original windows have been replaced with modern 2-light casement windows that have round-headed panes in the top lights. In 2005, the 20th-century windows on the ground floor were being replaced with 12-pane sash windows and 9-pane upper sashes, which have red brick flat heads. There are stone hoodmoulds over the ground floor openings, and the door has been renewed with a boarded design.
