Description

Creuddyn Villa is a house, formerly two separate dwellings, built from rubble stone with a slate roof that has close eaves and rubble stone end stacks. The building is two storeys high and features paired centre doors, with a one-window range on each side. The windows consist of small 9-pane sashes above 12-pane sashes, and all ground floor openings are accented with stone voussoirs and slate sills. The windows and doors were renewed in hardwood in the late 20th century. The property was not inspected at the time of the survey.
