Description
1 Broad Street is a narrow three-storey building with a one-window roughcast front, featuring eaves at the first-floor band level, adjacent to the Post Office on the left. It has a slate roof and boxed eaves. The second floor has paired two-light casements, while the first floor features a metal frame window. A moulded cornice sits above the shop fascia, and there is a mullioned shop window with a recessed four-panel door on the right. At the rear, there is an extension with timber studding.
