Description
This is a 2-storey detached service wing located on the north side of Doldowlod House. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with tooled dressings and features a slate roof with a stone stack on the left side. The building has pilaster strips at the corners, with the left-hand strip made of tooled stone and the right-hand one repaired in roughcast. The entrance is on the right side and consists of a Gothic panelled door beneath a round-headed overlight. To the left of the entrance, there is a 3-light wooden mullioned and transomed window. On the upper storey, there are three 2-light small-pane casement windows positioned beneath the eaves.
Attached to the left gable end is a single-storey extension that projects forward under a pent roof. Its entrance is located within the splay on the right side, where it connects to the main range, and features a half-glazed door with an overlight. To the left of this entrance, there is a square tooled stone pier. Similar piers are found at the left end of the building, leading to the rear.
On the right side, the building continues in brick, where it was originally attached to the main house. The southeast end wall, which faces the courtyard at the rear of the main house, is roughcast and includes a half-glazed boarded door on the left, a 2-light window on the right, and a 3-light small-pane window on the upper storey. The right angle of the building features a full-height buttress.
