Description

Bridge 144 over the Montgomeryshire Canal is a slightly arched iron girder swing-bridge. It features beams with an inverted T-section that support simple iron railings made up of widely spaced posts and a handrail. The bridge is designed to turn from the west side, with the curved movable end, which is also faced with iron, visible to the east.
