Description

Crossway is an early 19th-century building. It is two storeys high, constructed of rubble stone, which has been overpainted, with a slate roof. The building has an internal rubble stone end stack, finished with brick. The front features a beaded plank front door, and windows with small-paned iron bar casements set within chamfered timber frames.

Adjoining the main building is a cowhouse with a loft, which continues the roof line. This structure has rubble end and rear walls, a weatherboarded front, boarded doors, a cobbled floor, and plank-sided stalls.
