Description
Cadan View is a two-storey building designed in the Arts & Crafts style, featuring a brown rubble exterior with bathstone dressings and a slate roof. The elevation facing the road has two large gables, each with a three-light window on the first floor. On the ground floor, there are two bay windows with a connecting roof above and a recessed central entrance doorway.
The left side of the building has a gable at the rear with a three-light window on the first floor and a splayed bay window on the ground floor, along with a two-light window to the right. The right side features a gable at the rear with a four-light window on the first floor and a two-light window on the ground floor to the left. Between the gables, there is a porch with a hipped slate roof.
At the rear, an attached wall encloses a yard with outbuildings. The right end has a gable with an upper loading door, while a single-storey range to the left connects back to the house.
