Description

No. 3 is a detached house designed in the Arts & Crafts style, built over two storeys. The exterior features brown rubble with bathstone dressings and a slate roof. The house has mullioned windows, although the casements have been renewed. It is laid out in an L-plan, with the gable facing the road, which has a slate-hung apex and a chimney to the left. On the first floor, there is a four-light window, while the ground floor includes a two-light window to the left and a small window to the right. The entrance front is positioned at a right angle to the main block, with a roof that sweeps down over the porch located in the angle between the two sections. The gable on this side features a three-light window on the first floor and a two-light window on the ground floor.
