Description
This building, known as the Estate Office which includes a house at the rear, is designed in the Arts and Crafts style. It features brown rubble with bathstone dressings and a slate roof. The front consists of a single-storey office with a gable to the right, which has a slate-hung apex and a splayed bay window. To the right of this office block is a flat-roofed wing that contains an entrance door and a three-light window, along with a chimney on the ridge. The left elevation of this block has a bay window topped with a hipped slate roof.
At the rear, the attached house has a half-hipped gable on the right side, with small two-light windows on both the first and ground floors. To the left, the roof slopes down over the ground floor, featuring a hipped dormer. The right end of the house has a gable with two windows on the ground floor, and there is a single-storey attached block with a hipped slate roof.
