Description
Nos. 74-82 Heol Giedd is a row of terraced cottages built from squared multi-coloured rubble stone, featuring shades of brown, purple, and grey. The openings have grey stone voussoirs and painted stone sills. The cottages have slate roofs with close eaves and five chimney stacks, four of which are rendered, while one, located between Nos. 76 and 78, has been rebuilt in brick. The row consists of two storeys, with four double-fronted cottages, and No. 82, which is possibly a later addition, is smaller and has one window range to the left of the door. The rear of the cottages has outshuts. The windows are cambered-headed horned sashes with six panes, although the centre pane of each sash is very narrow. No. 82 features an earlier 20th-century door with an oval light, similar to that of No. 74. The roof has imitation slates, and the northern end wall is blank. The building has not been inspected.
