Description
Tynybitfel is a timber-framed building with a later plan form, featuring an entry opposite the stair between the parlour and hall, and a kitchen located at the right end.
The structure is two stories high with three windows. It has light box framing and tall panels that are brick nogged with scantling. The end walls are constructed of English garden wall bond brick. The gently pitched slate roof includes later bargeboards and deep eaves, with brick stacks positioned at the center and left end. The front elevation has iron central opening lights to three-light casement wood windows, along with a panelled door. There is a cambered header arch above the doorway on the right end.
At the rear, there is a later brick outshut with a lean-to roof, which is part slate and part asbestos. This section features two-light small paned casement windows with iron cames.
Inside, the building has axial stop-chamfered beams, a broad fireplace in the kitchen, and a similar fireplace in the hall that has a cambered mantel arch.
