Description

Park Place is a three-storey house with two window openings, built in Flemish bond brick. It features a gently pitched slate roof with a lead ridge and a dentil eaves cornice. The house has plain brick stacks and shallow 20-pane sash windows on the second floor, with a modern insertion in the center. The first and ground floor also have 20-pane sash windows, which are adorned with gauged brick voussoirs, plain reveals, and stone sills. The doorcase is plain and slightly off-centre, with brackets supporting a gabled hood. Inside, there are panelled reveals and a door, along with a brace plate on the left end wall. The rear of the house has modern windows and a modern doorway.
