Description

Cross Guns Inn and no 32 Park Street, Newtown

English garden wall bond brick, with some rubble work, plastered to front. Gently pitched slate roof, plain eaves cornice. Tall composite brick stack to ridge. Lateral brick stack to front elevation serving weaving lofts over right end. Shallow 3 light iron casements to former weaving lofts. 3 light iron casements to 1st floor. Cambered heads. Shallow reveals, later sills. Modern windows to ground floor. Later C19 gabled timber porch, bargeboards and finials, boarded sides. Panelled door. Further door with cambered head to extreme right.

3 light casements to rear of weaving loft, number of blocked windows. Internal partition walls are timber framed and brick nogged.
