Description

Cil Chapel is a building constructed from coursed and squared stone, topped with a slate roof. It features three bays, with a central doorway on the southeast side, flanked by tall mullioned and transomed windows that contain small panes. The northwest-facing rear wall also has similar windows. All openings are topped with cambered stone arched heads. The lower gable end has paired similar windows and is clad in corrugated iron. There is a louvred oculus in the gable end, and an inscribed slate above the doorway reads 'Mount Zion Chapel 1846'.
