Description
113 Heol Maengwyn is a mid-19th century, three-storey building featuring a two-window rubble front. The first and second floors are colourwashed, while the ground floor is rendered. It has a slate roof with overhanging eaves and rubble end chimney stacks that include weathercourses. The windows are horned sashes with nine and twelve panes. There is a 20th-century half-glazed door leading to No. 115 at the front, and a similar door in the rear cross range leading to No. 113. The rear also has colourwashed rubble and similar windows, with two windows on the first floor. At the back, there is a long two-storey rubble range topped with a corrugated iron roof, which includes some sashes and a central boarded door. The right side features more sashes. Additionally, a rubble wall approximately three metres high extends up to Maengwyn House, which includes a 'VR' wallbox.
