Description

30 High Street is a three-storey building dating from the 18th century, constructed of stucco over brick with painted stone dressings and a slate roof featuring coped gables. The building has a three-window range, but the ground floor frontage was entirely rebuilt around 1980. The upper windows have been renewed to resemble original 12-pane sashes and are set within moulded architraves, with brackets supporting the sills of the upper storey. A string course runs above the windows, and there are paired brackets supporting the projecting eaves cornice.
