Description
31 High Street is a three-storey brick building with painted stone dressings and a slate roof. It features a four-window range and includes a passage entrance to Overton Arcade on the left side. The ground floor has an inserted frontage, while the upper windows are two-pane sashes set within stressed architraves that have foliate keystones. There is a continuous sill band on the second storey supported by moulded brackets. Above this, a moulded string course runs over the second floor, leading to a projecting eaves cornice. The building also has stressed angle quoins and rebuilt end wall stacks.
