Description
This is a pair of cottages built in a Simplified Cottage Orne style. The cottages date to an unknown period, and are constructed of random, squared rubble stone with slate roofs. The roofs are finished with red tile cresting and an axial stack. The cottages are symmetrically planned, with a central gable feature on each, projecting forward. Entrances are recessed within Gothic arched porches, one on either side of the central gable. Each gable has a two-light mullioned and transomed window on the ground floor and a single transomed light above, all with latticed panes. The gables are finished with scalloped barge boards.
