Description

3 Mill Terrace is a pair of cottages built in a simplified Cottage Orne style. They feature random, squared rubble construction and slate roofs adorned with red tile cresting and an axial stack. The cottages are symmetrically planned, with paired, advanced central gables and entrances that are recessed in Gothic arched porches on either side. Each gable includes a two-light mullioned and transomed window on the ground floor and a single transomed light above, all fitted with latticed panes. The gables are finished with scalloped barge boards.
