Description
27 Chester Street is a three-storey building constructed with rendered brick and topped with a slate roof. It features a single window range with the entrance located to the left. The entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a radial fanlight, all framed within a moulded pedimented architrave. The ground and first floors are adorned with wide 40-pane sash windows, which have a continuous sill band on the first floor. The attic storey has renewed casement windows. There is an end wall stack that is shared with No 28.
