Description

29 Chester Street is a three-storey building constructed with Flemish bond brickwork and topped with a slate roof. It features a two-window range, with the entrance located to the left. The entrance consists of a panelled door with a radial fanlight, set back in a segmental-headed archway that has a pedimented hood supported by brackets.

On the lower floor, there is a tripartite sash window with flanking sidelights, all adorned with painted stone rusticated voussoir heads. The first floor showcases similar voussoir heads above 12-pane sash windows, while the attic storey has lower sash windows that also feature these heads. The building is finished with a plain wood eaves cornice and has end wall stacks.
