Description
The pergola and gazebo at Darland Hall are made of red brick and tile. The pergola features thirteen square-sectioned pillars and a low wall that supports wooden vine supports. It is positioned against an earlier full-height garden wall of Darland Hey, which has thermal openings. A stone flagged path leads to the one-storey gazebo, also constructed of red brick and tile, topped with a patterned clay tile pyramidal roof. The gazebo has two semi-circular entrances that provide access to the lawn or the pergola.
