Description
This is a circular privy, likely dating from the 18th century, built of brick with some original render and a slate roof. The building has a circular plan and features opposed entrances: one facing the house and one facing the yard. The house-facing entrance has a boarded door within an arched opening, while the yard-facing entrance is similar but lacks a door. A small, pointed-headed opening with Gothic cast-iron intersecting glazing bars is on the house side, but this opening is blocked on the yard side. A brick wall separates the house side of the privy from the yard side.
