Description

The outbuildings attached to the rear of Fairfield are constructed of Flemish bond brickwork featuring pale headers. They have a steep hipped roof with a central axial stack at the rear and an additional stack added against the right-hand gable. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range with a central entrance. The entrance features a panelled door with a radial fanlight beneath a canopy. The windows are 12-pane sash windows with flat arched painted stone heads. There are late 19th century or early 20th century extensions at the rear. A short boundary wall connects the house to a stable range that is likely contemporary with the outbuildings.
