Description

Fairfield is a two-storey building constructed in Flemish bond brickwork featuring pale headers. It has a steep hipped roof with a central axial stack at the rear and an additional stack added against the right-hand gable. The front has a three-window range with a central entrance. The entrance consists of a panelled door topped with a radial fanlight and sheltered by a canopy. The windows are 12-pane sash types with flat arched painted stone heads. There are late 19th century or early 20th century extensions at the rear. A short boundary wall connects the house to a stable range that is likely contemporary with it.
