Description
Moss Villa is a 1½-storey cottage constructed of brick, featuring a slate roof with overhanging eaves and a brick ridge stack. Each elevation has a sawtooth band above the windows. The openings have segmental heads, and the windows are casements with wooden mullions. The entrance on the gable end includes a central boarded door with a 2-light window above it. The left side wall has a 2-light window and a small window positioned beneath the eaves. The right side features two 3-light windows, with the right-hand window having been renewed. At the rear gable end, there is a boarded door on the left side and 2-light windows to the right and above. The property has not been inspected.
