Description

The former Border Brewery chimney is a Grade II listed structure made of brick and features wrought iron bands. It has a high base with recessed panels and is topped by a corbelled chamber that includes a dated terracotta panel displaying the initial 'S' for Soames Brewery. Above this chamber is an octagonal shaft that ends in a moulded projecting stone cornice and cap.
