Description
Trellyniau Bach is a double-fronted, two-storey cottage built from rubble stone with a slate roof. It features an external stone stack of 18th-century character on the left gable end, which has been rebuilt in brick above the roof line. The openings of the cottage have brick dressings and segmental heads. The windows consist of four-pane horizontal sliding sashes. The central doorway has a boarded door.
Attached to the right end of the cottage is a lower single-unit addition that shares similar architectural details, including a boarded door on the left side and smaller windows than those of the main house. Additionally, there is a blockwork monopitched projection against the right gable end. At the rear of the main house, there is a horizontal sash window on the lower left, which is situated under a stone segmental head, along with a small pantry window to its left side.
The property has not been inspected.
