Description

Suncot is a two-storey, two-window house built in the early to mid 19th century, featuring a symmetrical and simple vernacular design. The front is roughcast with end pilaster strips and has a slate roof with end chimney stacks. The windows have lugged architraves and small pane sashes. The central entrance includes a plain classical doorcase, though it has a modern door. The end walls are plain, and there are extensions at the rear that have been altered.
