Description
Llewerllyd farmhouse is a red-brickwork building from the 18th century, featuring two storeys and an attic. The front is constructed in Flemish bond and is topped with slate roofs and brick end-chimneys on the main range. There is an original 1½-storey kitchen wing to the north, which currently lacks a chimney, along with later single-storey lean-to additions on the east and north sides.
The front elevation faces south and consists of three windows, with a centrally located doorway. The design is symmetrical, with the centre slightly projecting as a pedimented gable that includes a small lunette attic window. The sill of the lunette window extends to the left and right, forming a stone string course. The windows are recessed and feature horned sashes; the upper windows have 12 panes, while the lower windows have 4 panes. Both the upper and lower openings are adorned with flat brick arches that have slightly projecting stone keys. The lunette window also includes a keystone.
In the upper storey of the rear wing, one 12-pane sash window remains, while the other windows have been replaced with modern versions. Inside, there is a central stairs hallway with plain stairs that include balusters. The doors are wide and either boarded or feature four sunk panels.
