Description

Faenol Fawr Barn is a barn constructed from axe-dressed semi-rubble masonry, topped with a slate roof and a tile ridge. It features a large door located in the third bay from the north end, which is largely hidden by ivy growth. Other openings on the west elevation, facing the farmhouse, appear to have been altered. The rear elevation is obscured by a lean-to extension. The north gable includes a door to the right and a centrally placed window above, along with another window located centrally above the tie beam level; all of these are likely in non-original openings. The interior has been modified for hotel accommodation, but it was not observed.
