Description
The boundary walls to the Church House and Memorial House are located around the garden to the south of Memorial House, extending north and west around Church House. On the west side of the garden, the wall stands approximately 1.3 meters high, constructed of random stone with flat dressed stone copings. At the left end, it turns at right angles to connect with the southwest corner of Memorial House and features a boarded door towards the right. The south garden wall, which separates the garden from the churchyard, is made of large blocks of random stone and includes a string course leading to random stone coping. To the right, this wall extends beyond the junction with the east garden wall and may be older. The east wall, which faces a footpath, is built of plain rubble stone and has a boarded door on the left under a concrete lintel. This wall steps down towards the north as the ground slopes and is adjacent to the stone gable end of an outbuilding belonging to Memorial House. Further north, the wall becomes irregular and curves around. At School Road, the wall makes a sharp turn to the west and continues as a boundary wall for the northern end of Memorial House and the rear of Church House.
