Description

The churchyard wall, located at the west end of Church House and returning south along South Street, is likely from around 1831, coinciding with the date of the rest of the churchyard wall. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a coped top. The wall ramps up to the piers on the west side of the church. This structure is part of a group that includes the Parish Church of St Mary, the churchyard walls, the War Memorial, and the wall to the Vicarage Garden.
