Description
Dee Villa is a 2-storey building with a symmetrical, 3-window front made of pebbledash, featuring advanced and gabled outer bays. The slate roof has boarded eaves and pale brick chimney stacks, while the gables are adorned with applied timberwork. It has small pane sash windows and a cill band on the first floor. The central entrance includes intersecting tracery in a semicircular fanlight, with modern steps leading up to it. There is a round arched headed doorway into an outhouse on the right, and there was previously an entrance in the return of the left-hand bay. The rear of the building is similar, with three storeys and an advanced and gabled central bay. There are later 19th-century oriel windows on either side, featuring dentil cornices and 3-light windows, along with a small Gothick door.
Inside, the property contains four-panel doors and panelled reveals, 'S' shaped tread ends, and a stone flagged cellar.
