Description
The footbridge over the River Clwyd is a very narrow single-span bridge featuring a flat deck. It is constructed from large blocks of random stone and has a wide, shallow segmental arch made of stone voussoirs. The deck is finished with flagstones. Due to the bridge's width, there are no parapets, but plain iron railings serve as handrails attached to the deck. There are no end piers; instead, there are retaining walls at right angles to the river on the southeast, southwest, and northwest sides.
