This is a mid-19th century slate milestone featuring a shallow triangular head and raking sides. It has a cast iron inset plate with raised lettering that reads "LLANRWST/ MILES FURLONGS/4 . 0/ ABERGELE/ MILES FURLONGS/12 . 6".
