Description

6 Main Street is part of a group of five cottages located at 4, 5, 6, 6A, and 7 Main Street in St George. These cottages are constructed from rubble stonework, which is now painted, and feature slate roofs. Each cottage consists of one bay, with a lateral door and a ground floor living room that includes one three-light window. This window has rounded upper corners and is set beneath a cambered flush relieving arch. On the upper floor, there are two small two-light windows. Brick stacks are positioned on the party walls. The front door of No 6 is accessed by steps.
