Description

The Kinmel Arms is a building constructed of stone and pebbledash, with exposed ashlar dressings, and features a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays, designed in a neo-Elizabethan style. The facade is symmetrical, centered around a two-storey gabled porch that includes a two-centred outer arch and side benches, leading to a partly glazed inner door. The ground floor has four-light paned stone mullioned windows, while the upper floor features similar three-light windows. A mid-wall stone string course steps over an inscribed panel above the main entrance, and there are gable stacks present.
