Description

Pont ar Lledr is a rubble road bridge featuring two elliptical arches, with spans of approximately 11 meters for the larger arch, which crosses the river, and 4 meters for the smaller flood arch. The dressed voussoirs are set slightly back beneath the arch-rings, which are made of narrow stones. On the upstream side, there are small triangular rubble cutwaters, although the cutwater on the southeast side, which is part of Bro Machno, survives only in fragment. The roadway and parapets rise to the center of the larger arch, which has slab coping.
