Description

The cowhouse at Crafnant is a small structure, also known as a beudy, built in the 19th century. It is constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry, featuring large stones used as quoins and lintels. The roof is covered with small old slates and has stone copings. This building is set into the slope to the southwest of the farmhouse. Access is provided through a doorway in the southeast gable, and there is a pitching hole in the northeast gable. Additionally, a single small window in the southwest lateral wall has been blocked.
