Description

Colwyn Guest House is a three-bay, three-storey house built in the second quarter of the 19th century. It is constructed from squared and coursed stone blocks and features a slate roof. The facade is asymmetrical, with a central entrance on the ground floor that has a modern small-pane glazed door. The original window openings have been fitted with modern small-pane casement windows, which are topped with flush slate lintels and slate sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
